As crew members begin to clean after an eventful Chaos 106, the sounds of a scuffle can be heard coming from the medical office. Sebastian Hawke sits on the bed, ice pack held to his neck as he breathes, trying desperately to regain his composure. He shakes, stares off into space as medical personnel attends to him, and where he’s his usual bouncy and buoyant self, has sunk into an angry mood. If anyone had been there with him, it would be unsurprising if they saw literal storm clouds above his head. Motioning for one of the nurses to come over, Sebastian’s voice comes out as a low and tired growl, “Any cameras still up and running?”
Used to strange requests, the nurse goes and gets a nearby cameraman and brings him in. Getting set up, the camera turns on and Sebastian scoffs, “So that was the great Casanova English? Congrats man, you put me on my neck and you put me to sleep. Do you remember what I told you though when you made that promise? It’s happened before and I wasn’t going to be dropping the title to a self-entitled douche like you. 106 is over and we’re on our way to Act of Defiance and guess what Cas? Sebastian Hawke, that’s ME, for those wondering, is STILL YOUR Chaos Champion. How does that make you feel Cas? Do you feel the burn of defeat after realizing that you couldn’t put me down without cheating? Congrats, you got to get your greasy prints on my belt but just because you held it, that doesn’t make you a champion.”
Sebastian sighs, “But… Legacies are defined by rivalries, not by moving on when someone acts like an unbelievable bag of scum, and defiles a title you’re trying to shine. With that said Cas, I’m willing to go again with you. I’m willing to put this belt on the line one more time against you, and Cas, I’m willing to bet that I’ll pull out more stops to put you down for good, than you even have in your bag of tricks. ‘But Sebastian, what about getting punched in the junk? What about Cas putting you to sleep?!’ I hear it all around me Cas, the naysayers thinking that I. Can’t. Do. It. But, I’m going to prove them wrong too. Act of Defiance, Cas. You. Me. Challenger versus Champion in an ‘I Quit’ match!”
Sebastian snarls, “So rest up because you best believe that in two weeks’ time, I’ll be coming and I WILL force you to see me as champion, and I WILL make you say those two words. Sleep well Cas and dust-up on some of your moves. You’re looking a little slow. See you soon.”
With a small grunt of pain Sebastian hops off the bed, ice still on his neck as he leaves the medical office.
