New Wrestler Application
Wrestlers Name: SuZQ
Nicknames/Aliases: The Twins
Desired Picture Base: (Please consult the Taken Picture Base thread.)
Su: Kimberly Freeman - Frontwoman of the band One-Eyed Doll
ZQ:
Charlize Theron
Age: 28
Height: 5'9"
Weight: Never ask a woman her weight! Especially two of them...
Hometown: Unknown
Your Wrestlers Biography:
Who doesn't enjoy a pair of creepy twins? Su (or "Sue") is the mouth of the pair and ISN'T AN ACTIVE WRESTLER. She is her sister's manager/valet. She's sarcastic, sadistic, and unafraid which as we all know is a deadly combination when used properly. The only person ZQ will stop and listen to is her and ZQ will do everything in her power to protect her sister. They love each other in a sick and demented way that only the criminally insane could even begin to relate to. Nothing is outside the realm of imagination for these two to do to protect the other. Carnage, ironically enough, follows in their wake, their calling card is the chaos that ensues when they come around. Su calls herself "The Harbinger of Madness" because well... There's ZQ.
ZQ (or "seek you") is the fighter of the two. Where Su is the mouth of the two, ZQ bring the brawn. She's a brawler, used to being violent and fighting people bigger than her. She's the type that is more likely apt to punch a person in the face just for looking at her for too long, or not long enough. She has a short fuse and the only person she ever really gets along with, or that she'll even say more than "I'll break your face and we can see if that's an improvement on the current situation" is her identical sister. Su and ZQ are indeed identical twins. However, Su looks more like a dark and twisted version of Alice (think Alice from Alice In Wonderland: The Madness Returns for the 360), has suspicious stains that remind casual passerby of blood, but isn't about to tell you where they're from. She'll smile sweetly to you and promise safe passage as she hides a knife behind her back, making an easy target for her sister to pick off. ZQ looks like something from a post apocalyptic bar crawler turned professional fighter. She isn't one for manners, doesn't care much what people may think of her, and if they say the wrong thing to her? Well, she'll introduce their face with her boot quickly.
Neither one really has a lot of experience in professional settings. Sure, they could have been on an indy circuit here and there, but does that really matter presently? Seems like one should be more worried that The Harbinger has already made plans to show up in Carnage with bad, BAD tidings...
UPDATE: Since losing the Baltimore City Championship to Mac Bane, Zephyr has had a renaissance of the mind, kind of. She has turned away from the evil ways that Su and the Friends of Paracelsus have ingrained into her since her and Su were taken oh so long ago. Instead she has come to the conclusion that there is more to the world than just pure evil and pure good. She doesn't know where her place is, but she is tired of causing the pain that she has, tired of the unnecessary violence, and has promised herself that she is going to turn things around for herself. Looking up to Mac at this point has been her only call to action and she seems more intent on proving herself to be more than just the psychotic, animalistic, hellspawn that she was introduced to Carnage as. Instead, she wants to become something more and be seen in a better light by her peers.
Lost isn't the right word, but she was more misguided in the past by her twin sister Su as well as the influences from the people that turned her into the demon she was. She is a child when it comes to experience in the wrestling business and will be looking to improve her standings among the people that she has already wronged in the past. World Champion Amber Ryan, former WHC Jack Michaels, and Mac Bane are among the names on her list to try and reconcile with and she will be looking to try and do anything in her power to prove that she's more than just another monster that she once was.
Desired Starting Alignment: Babyface (Crowd Cheers) or Heel (Crowd Boos)
Zephyr is trying to switch from uber heel to more of a face. However, she knows that she has to earn everyone's trust beforehand and has a long road to go before anyone takes her motivations seriously.
Entrance Music: (Please consult the Taken Entrance Music thread.)
"Crazy Angel" by Kill Hannah
Entrance Description:
"So, what's the craziest thing you've done lately?"
The opening of "Crazy Angel" hits as Zephyr Quinn makes her way out onto the stage, the hood of her sweatshirt pulled up an over her face. As the music picks up, she whips the hood off her head and yells out, pumping her fist into the air as the pyros go off behind her.
Heading down the ramp, she tries to shake anyone's hand that offers it, accepting the jeers from the people that she hasn't won over quite yet. With steadfast determination, she rolls into the ring and takes her hoodie off, waiting for the match to start.
Move Set: (Optional)
Zephyr is a chaotic brawler - She looks for an opportunity and she attacks the target as ruthlessly as possible. She is a fan of high impact moves that come from no where (seemingly) and isn't afraid to use her fists, feet, legs, arms, head, or chest as a weapon. Her pain tolerance is high and while she hasn't been bloodied in the past, one could expect her to only get more of a frenzied behavior if she were to be busted open. Anyone remember the old Smackdown vs. RAW (I think it was 08 with the ECW roster added in) game with the special ability that if your start got bloodied, they would get full stamina, and a finishing move for free? Something akin to that. More violent, more likely to make a mistake, but if/when she lands a move, it's often devastating. Wouldn't be surprised if this happened to her for the first time, and then she goes and tries to do it to herself later on...
As of right now, there has been no change to her current move set, or mentality in the ring. She will still look for any available openings and pounce as soon as she can, however she has more control over her bloodlust. Instead of going after an injured person, she will now instead back off and help as she can. She has no more interest in winning under ANY condition and wants to be seen in a different light, knowing that she has to change her ways in order to win over fans and roster members alike. Evidence of this can be seen as of Isolation 2020 when Mac Bane got his arm stuck in the ring ropes and she stopped her advance in order to free his arm before attacking him. Granted, it only earned her a belly to belly suplex from the champion, but this is the kind of thing she's more interested in. Playing by the rules in place in order to get further on in her career.
In terms of an actual move set:
1.) DDTs - Any variation
2.) Short arm clothesline
4.) Pop up Punch
5.) Big boot (or running boot of some sort. Shining wizards could also be a thing)
6.) Headbutts (Unexpected ones are the best and she isn't afraid to get banged up. She isn't the typical "girl.")
7.) Powerbombs (Obviously if the opponent is outside her weight class and it isn't realistic for ZQ to be able to lift them up, it won't be attempted. However, as one might imagine, she's pretty strong and can probably lift up and slam down a solid person of maybe 280lbs.)
8.) Suplexes
9.) Backbreaker (maybe she gets a move called the Wisecrack?)
In all honesty in terms of moves I'm cool with her doing almost anything. It isn't likely she'll go for the high risk, top rope move, but it isn't likely for her to not try once every once in a while. Not anything fancy either, but a dropkick here or a clothesline there is ok. During big events one could expect her to see more extreme type moves. She's cool with leaping off high distances on top of an opponent, or even a coast to coast type deal. She's all about high impact moves first and foremost. It creates a sick feeling of satisfaction that washes over her face when she manages to catch someone off guard with something they weren't expecting to begin with.
Signature Moves:
1.) Superman Punch (Called Termination of Hostilities)
2.) Jab, jab, Discus clothesline/big boot (Call it the Boom, Bewm, Bang)
3.) Eat Defeat (Examples) (Called Get Reconciled, Get Rec'd (pronounced "wrecked" for short))
Finisher(s):
Angel's Penance: Implant DDT - Area of the ring doesn't matter, off the top rope, on top of an object that is carelessly left in the ring, on top of a table, from the top rope, a match writer's imagination is the only limit we have here...
The Craziest Thing: Ripcord Reverse STO into a running curb stomp as opponent recovers
Advanced Match Writing Aides(Optional)
Create your Wrestler - Tell us about your characters strengths and weaknesses. These points do not determine whether your character wins or loses, only your promos (RPs) can do that. This is designed more to aide the match writers, but also totally optional.
ZQ is the one that match writers will be writing. Su will only get involved in the match if she doesn't run the risk of costing her sister the match. She's smart and crafty, innocent and deadly all in the same breath. Su is the brains, ZQ is the brawn. Obviously, with Su being constantly at ringside, SuZQ isn't above the traditional tactics twins often employ in the wrestling ring. Down the road, the two could very easily start dressing alike or whatever they feel they need to do to get whatever it is their point is across. Su is going to be made into a target as well and this could very easily lead to ZQ losing any and all semblance of self control. It's not a threat but a promise of consequence. Go after Su and you forfeit your health to ZQ. Try to take out ZQ and Su will make sure that you regret the day you crossed them. Their biggest strength is each other, but it is also their biggest weakness if one knows how to approach the situation. Happy to elaborate as I write the character more, but this is all just from the top of my head.
EDIT: Going forward Zephyr is not going to be a heel. Therefore she won't be as ruthless as she once was. She isn't accompanied by Su anymore either, so when she's seen in Carnage, chances are she'll be alone. A loner by definition, she's searching for her place in the world/roster, so she is going to do what she feels best in any kind of circumstance to be a better person overall. She isn't going to break any rules, won't hold onto any submissions during a 5 count and will instantly break if an opponent gets to the ropes. She'll offer handshakes to people she wants respect from and will do her best to earn that during her time in and out of the ring. That's her priority at this point, to try and undo the wrong she caused by being a force for "good" in a dark world. Going forward, it should also be noted that Su has disappeared. She won't be around to feud with Zephyr, and for all intents and purposes will be gone from the roster until further notice (I might have plans to bring her back later, but no time in the near future).
